摘要
类风湿性关节炎是一种病因不明的自身免疫性疾病,在中医学属痹证范畴。结合《黄帝内经》和《金匮要略》对痹证的认识,提出类风湿性关节炎与《金匮要略》所述历节病最为相符,并根据历节病的病因病机以及仲景遣方用药特点,探讨类风湿性关节炎的治疗思路。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a etiology unknown autoimmune disease in WM, it is in arthromyodynia category in TCM. Rheumatoid arthritis corresponds with severe and migratory arthralgia （历节病）in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber. The treatment thoughts of rheumatoid arthritis were discussed after Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber,The Yellow Emperor＇s Internal Classic. and ZHANG Zhong-jing （张仲景）＇s prescriptions were studied.
