红花岩黄芪皂苷的分离鉴定 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究红花岩黄芪的皂苷成分。方法:应用溶剂法、色谱法提取分离皂苷,用波谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从红花岩黄芪中分离得到4个皂苷,分别为大豆皂苷II甲酯(1),大豆皂苷II(2),大豆皂苷Bg(3)和大豆皂苷I(4),该4个皂苷均为首次从红花岩黄芪分离得到,化合物3为首次从岩黄芪属植物中分离得到,其NMR数据为首次报道。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the root of Hedysarum multijugum. Method: The compounds were separated by chromatographic methods, their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Result: Four compounds were isolated and identified as soyasaponin Ⅱ methyl ester (1), soyasaponin Ⅱ (2), soyasaponin Bg (3), and soyasaponin Ⅰ (4). Conclusion: The four compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time. Compound 3 was isolated from the genus Hedysarum for the first time, and the NMR data of 3 was reported for the first time.
