摘要
用定向再结晶技术可以制备单晶或柱状晶结构。本文讨论了定向退火工艺参数对显微结构演变的影响,评述了定向退火过程中柱状晶长大的热力学和动力学条件。结合单相金属或合金、硅钢和高温合金等材料探讨了在退火过程中柱状晶生长的影响因素,讨论了晶体学织构、杂质或第二相和表面对晶粒异常长大的影响。
Directional recrystaUization can be used to produce single crystals or columnar grain structure, which can show enhanced creep properties, improved low-cycle fatigue resistance and/or improve crack-stopping behavior. The effects of processing parameters on microstructural evolution were reviewed in this paper. The requirement of thermodynamic and kinetic of columnar grain growth, the factors influencing the columnar grain growth in single phase metal or alloys, electrical steel and superalloys during directional annealing, especially including crystallographic texture, impurity or particles and surface, were discussed.
