摘要
介绍了以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的森吉米尔轧机中间辊中频淬火控制系统的设计原理与实现过程。应用其顺序逻辑功能实现淬火动作的过程控制,应用其扩展的模拟模块实现系统淬火介质的温度控制和中频电源的功率控制,并给出了程序流程图及梯形图。自2005年5月应用以来,不仅提高了中间辊淬火工艺的质量,还提高了劳动生产率,减少了因人的失误造成的产品质量缺陷和故障。
The design principle and realization of quenching control system based on PLC used in Sendzirnir Mill intermediate roll were introduced. The quenching process control was carried out by sequence logic function. It was also carried out in the control both for the temperature of quenching medium and the intermediate-frequency power by the expanded analog module. The program flow chart and some ladder diagrams were put forward. After application in a roll factory of Wuhan from May 2005, the system has enhanced not only the quenching quality in production of the Sendzirnir Mill intermediate roll but also the production efficiency and minimized both the product defects and the process troubles caused by man-made misoperation.
