摘要
在对各种热处理工艺方法进行绿色性综合评价时发现,正火与退火工艺在面对相同加工对象和技术要求时,其绿色度的高低主要受能耗和生产率两个相对单一要素的影响。其影响因素和结果表明,生产批量愈小、热处理设备愈先进,正火工艺相对于退火工艺的绿色化程度愈高。
The green characters of various heat treatment processes were evaluated overall. It is revealed that the green degrees of normalizing and annealing technique with the same processed object and specification mainly depend on the two independent factors:energy consumption and productivity. The smaller the production lot and the more advanced heat treatment facility is, the higher the green degree of the normalizing process relative to the annealing process.
