摘要
介绍了一种标准CMOS工艺下的电流基准电路。电路利用带隙结构实现,使得输出电流具有良好的温度系数及电源抑制能力。在2.5V^5.5V电源电压、-40℃~125℃温度范围内,输出电流精度可达±2.6%。
A current reference circuit based on standard CMOS process is presented. With the introduction of band-gap configuration, the circuit can provide an output current with good temperature coefficient and excellent power supply rejection ability. When the power supply ranges from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and the temperature from-40℃ to 125℃ ,output current varies less than 2.6%.
