摘要
石灰软化工艺通常用来去除硬度和磷酸盐。可以利用一些软件模型对其过程进行模拟,这些模型是建立在试验中得到的平衡常数的基础上的。这些“伪平衡常数”是源自国外的市政污水的数据,大部分是美国的数据。以石灰法处理北京高碑店污水处理厂的出水的数据作为基础,研究美国电力研究所(EPRI)的SOFTEN4的适用性。SOFTEN4模拟结果发现需要对模型进行一定调整,使其适用于中国水质。
Lime softening process is often applied in removing hardness and phosphates. Several software models are available in predicting the removal processes based on experimental derived equilibrium constants. These pseudo-equilibrium constants were derived from overseas municipal wastewaters, mostly in the United States. To use lime treatment data from Beijing GaoBeiDian Wastewater Plant effluent as a basis, the availability of SOFTEN4 of Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) is investigated. The result simulated by SOFTEN4 indicate that this model need to be calibrated for application in China
