用于KTP晶体极化反转的高压脉冲电源的研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析了KTP晶体的外电场周期极化反转的机理,设计并研制出一种采用高压开关管的高压脉冲电源,可以将任意信号发生器输出的2V方波脉冲波形放大,输出最高电压为5000V、上升沿小于50μs、最大输出电流超过30mA、脉宽为任意的方波脉冲。用此高压脉冲电源在KTP晶体上进行多次极化反转实验,得到良好的实验结果。 The theory of polarization reversal in KTP crystal by the electric field was analysed. A high-voltage pulses power supply with a high voltage switch tube was designed and developed, which can amplify the 2 V pulse output of arbitrary waveform generator, with the maximum voltage output 5 000 V, rise time is less than 50 Ixs, the biggest current output is over 30 mA and the square width of the pulse is arbitrary. This high voltage pulses power supply had been used in a number of KTP crystal polarization reversal experiments, and good results was obtained.
