Design and Envelopment of Embedded Wireless Video Conference System Based on Windows CE.NET

无线视频会议系统是多媒体在无线宽带通信系统(WBCS)中的一个应用,近年来在视频会议领域倍受人们关注。从此需求出发,设计并实现了基于WindowsCE.NET的无线视频会议系统。文中分析了WindowsCE.NET在本系统中的特性,讨论了无线视频通讯系统的特征并提出了基于H.264视频编码标准的解决方案。系统较好地实现了视频编解码部分,对移动视频会议的推广具有一定的意义。

Wireless video conferencing system is a multimedia application in Wireless Broadband Communication Systems （WBCS）, and has gained increased interest in the video conferencing field during the last few years. Tthe property of Windows CE. NET in embedded wireless video conference system, is analysed discussed the char- acteristics of wireless video communication system and advanced the solution based on H. 264 standard. This system has actualized the video part completely, and it is helpful for the popularizing of movable video conference.
