The ways of reading and writing the FLASH of the Cygnal 8051 FXXX serial SCM have been discussed, and the method of upgrading the procedure is preliminary researched. According to the performance of this serial SCM, two kinds of different modes upgrading methods are designed. One is direct access the FLASH through the computer interface; Another is carrying on programming to the SCM through the JTAG interface.
