5-Fu肠腔化疗辅助结直肠癌根治术的应用及其机制探讨

Discussion on the application and mechanism of the radical cure therapy against colon cancer and recta cancer with the subservient 5-Fu chemotherapy of intestines cavity

目的:探讨5-Fu肠腔化疗辅助结直肠癌根治术的应用及其机制。方法:总结我院1995年2月～2005年5月125例结直肠癌在根治术中辅助应用5-Fu肠腔化疗的临床资料。结果:本组125例无一例死亡,2例术后吻合口漏,经再次手术后治愈;96例随诊1～5年,失访29例,5年存活82例,其中并存肝转移者3例,骨转移者2例,5年生存率65.6%。结论:直肠癌根治术中辅助5-Fu肠腔化疗方法简便,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。

This paper aims to discuss the application and mechanism of the radical cure therapy against colon cancer and recta cancer with the subservient 5-Fu chemotherapy of intestines cavity. The method is as follows： to generalize clinic information of 125 cases of colon cancer and recta cancer from February, 1995 to May, 2005 in our hospital, which have adopted the radical cure therapy with subservient 5-Fu chemotherapy of intestines cavity. The result is as follows： no death in this 125-case group, 2 cases anastomosis and complete cure after a second operation; 96 cases for one -to- five year observation and treatment, 29 cases losing contact. There are 82 cases of 5 years＇ survival, among which are 3 cases transferring to liver and 2 cases transferring to bones. The five-year survival rate is 65.6 %. The conclusion is as follows： this therapy is simple and with remarked effect, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
