枸杞子药材脂溶性成分的气相色谱／质谱分析

Analysis of Fat-soluble Components of Gouqizi by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS)

为了对枸杞子药材及其有关制剂的质量进行控制，本文对不同产地的枸杞子进行了比较分析，收集其色谱、质谱图。本文仅对其脂溶性成分进行分析，以石油醚提取后，进行气相色谱／质谱（ＧＣ／ＭＳ）分析，对比各药材的总离子流图，进行组分差异分析。实验结果认为其总离子流图有较大的共同点，可作为定性的依据；但亦存在不同之处，各组分的相对百分含量不尽相同，所含成分亦有区别；利用计算机谱库检索并核对有关资料，个别组分还利用对照品进行对照，共鉴定出３３种化合物。

In order to control the quantity of Gouqizi and its preparation. The fat-soluble components of Gouqizi from different sources were analysed by GC/MS. Analysed and compared their total ion chromatograms (TIC) . The results show that the basic components are alkane. fat acid. the ester of fat acid and some stigmastenol. Their total ion chromatograms are similar, but there is a little different in the TIC and the relative percentage contents. Their similar components may be used in identification of Gouqizi. 33 components in gouqizi have been identified.
