气化用工业型煤的生产实践

Production practice of coal briquetting for gasification

介绍了冷压炭化工业型煤的生产工艺及产品质量;分析了原料煤灰分、水分、粒度、原料配比、炉温控制等型煤生产的工艺特性;针对原料煤准备不足、配煤控制性差、单回路电源引起停电事故、炭化不充分等生产中存在的问题,提出了一系列改进措施。

Production process and product quality of cold-pressed and carbonized industrial coal briquette were introduced.Analyzed was the influence on process characteristics by ash content,moisture and particle size distribution of feed coal,blending ratio,and furnace temperature control.Aiming at the problems confronted as improper feed coal preparation,bad control of coal blending,accident of stoppage of single-circuit electricity supply and insufficient carbonization,a series of counter measures were proposed.
