摘要
研究利用大肠杆菌进行高硫煤脱硫的可行性;通过单因素试验考察了滤浸时间、菌液浓度、煤样粒度对脱硫率的影响;试验发现,当浸滤时间为48h时,脱硫率最高为34.46%;菌液浓度越高,煤样粒度越细,脱硫率越高,当对-0.075mm粒级的煤进行脱硫时,脱硫率可达51.56%。
Research was the feasibility of desulfurization of high-sulfur coal by colon bacillus;by single factor experiments,investigated was the influence of percolation time,concentration of bacillus pulp,and coal fineness;experiment denoted that on percolation time of 24h,the maximum rate of desulfurization was 34.46%;the higher the bacillus concentration and the finer size of coal,the higher rate of desulfurizarion;for a coal with size of-0.075mm,the rate of desulfurization was up to 51.56%.
