论“人文奥运”与奥林匹克精神的回归

Discussion on Return of People’s Olympics and Olympic Spirit

回顾并分析北京奥组委提出“人文奥运”理念的过程与语境,并分析评价3种解读文本的语义和内涵,指出“人文奥运”理念的解读应回到以奥林匹克主义为核心的思想体系与话语体系,其实质,就是回到“以人为本”的奥运理念上来,并以此来指导北京2008年奥运会的“人文奥运”实践。

This paper reviews the process and background of People＇s Olympics put forwarded by Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee, analyzes the meanings and connotations of three kinds of text. It points out that understanding on People＇s Olympics conception should return to the ideology and language system of the Olympic Spirit. Actually, the whole Olympic Games should return to the basis of people foremost and use it to guide for the practice of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
