Discussion on Event Specific Characteristic—Analysis on Main Problems in Sports Training in China

专项特征是指一个运动项目在比赛规则的允许下,以获得最大的运动效率为目标,在力学、生物学等方面表现出的主要运动特点。不能完整、准确和有针对性地解释和定位专项运动特征是我国竞技运动训练中长期存在的问题。对专项运动内在、微观和动态的细节变化进行深入了解和认识,是当前探索和研究专项特征的主要发展趋势。

Event specific characteristic refers to the major sport characteristic of mechanics and biology, which take purpose on the maximal sport efficiency under the game rule. However, the long-term problems existing in the athletic sport field can not be explained completely and accurately. The cognition on internal microcosmic and dynamic detailed variation of specific sport event is the main developing trend of studying and researching soecific characteristic.
