摘要
目的研究多普勒组织成像(DTI)法检测脉搏波速(PWV)与通过导管检测PWV相关性。方法30例行冠脉造影患者,测量主动脉两定点距离L,同时测量脉搏波传递时间(PWT1),并计算出PWV1,(PWV1=L/PWT1);30例患者并行DTI法测量电-机械时间(EMT)、左室射血前期(PEP)、求出脉搏波传递时间(PWT2),PWT2=EMT-PEP,再求出PWV2=L/PWT2。两种方法测得PWT1与PWT2,PWV1与PWV2分别行直线相关分析。结果PWT1为24.26±9.35ms,PWT2为23.81±8.91ms,二者之间无明显差异(P>0.05),但具有显著相关性(r=0.939,P<0.0001)。回归方程y=0.986x+0.548。PWV1为14.28±5.33m/s,PWV2为14.47±5.40m/s,二者之间无明显差异(P>0.05),亦具有高度相关性(r=0.928,P<0.0001),回归方程y=0.926x+0.881。结论DTI法是一种无创准确测量PWT及PWV方法。
Objective To study the correlation of two measured values of pulse wave velocity (PWV1 obtained by the catheter and PWV2 obtained by Doppler Tissue Image [DTI]). Methods A total 30 patients who were perforning coronary arteriography were included in this study. During coronary arteriography, the pulse wave time(PWT1) and the distance (L) of two fixedpoint of aorta were measured. Then according to PWV1 = L/PWT1, PWV1 was got. Meanwhile the patient was measured electromechanical time (EMT) and left ventricular pre- ejection period (PEP) by DTI. According to PWT2 = EMT- PEP, PWV2 = L/PWT2, PWV2 was got. Then compare statistically PWT1 and PWT2, PWV1 and PWV2, respectively. Results PWT1, was 24.26±9.35 ms, PWT2 was 23.81 ± 8.91ms. There was no significant difference between PWT1 and PWT2( P〉 0.05), but a positive correlation was existed between the two with the regression equation y = 0.986x ± 0.548(r=0.939, P 〈0.0001). PWV1 was 14.28 ±5.33m/s and PWV2 was 14.47 ± 5.40m/s, respectively.
