县域整合论——以新农村建设武义模式为例

A Case Study of the Wuyi Model in the Project of Building New Rural Communities

县域,是国家行政管理的基本单元,是国家政权的基础,同时又是城市与农村的衔接点、工业经济与农业经济的交汇点。古人云:“郡县治,天下安。”因此,县域政治是安邦定国的根本之策,县域经济是安邦定国的经济支柱。武义县新农村建设的模式,体现了县域整合的特点,有助于我们在新农村建设中从大处着眼,从小处着手,不断地推动新农村建设逐步走向城乡融合,构建新乡土中国。

The county is the essential unit of government administration in China. It is the basis of the state power, the intermediate agency between cities and rural areas, and the intersection of industry and agriculture. As an ancient Chinese saying goes, ＂If only shires and counties are well ruled, the whole country will successfully managed .＂ Therefore, the county politics proves fundamental to the country, and so is the county economy. The Wuyi model of new rural community project represents the advantages of county integration, which helps us address the issue from both macro and micro perspectives, so that the project of building new rural communities can be carried on to the ultimate fusion of urban and rural areas, ending in a China with new, prosperous rural areas.
