Share memory circuit is mostly applied on project for need real time process,by way of a technology to exchange the information with many computers, it is provided with excellency of quick data accessing, large data capacity, simple interface circuit and so on,but also many disadvantages are existed including expensive price, difficult to stock, difficult to ensure the quality and so on. For solving this problem, the paper introduces a ultimate and design method to build share menaory circuit with the using of general IC through a real project appliance.
