试析金融脱媒背景下我国商业银行的发展

Analysis of Development of Commercial Banks under Dis-intermediation Background in China

随着经济金融体制改革的纵深推进和金融领域即将全面对外开放,我国商业银行经营环境正经历着前所未有的巨变,金融脱媒的态势日益显现。在这种环境下,日益融入全球化金融市场竞争的中国商业银行如何加快改革创新步伐,重塑经营管理新体系,已经成为必须高度关注和认真解决的现实问题。本文正是基于这个现实问题而展开对我国商业银行发展的思考。

Reform of the banking system and opening to the outside world wholly leads to great changes in operation that commercial banks are now experiencing in China, among which the trend of dis -intermediation is incrcasingly obvious. Under such circumstances, questions such as how to quicken the pace of reform and remold management system of commercial banks in China need attention and solution. This paper speculates about the development of commercial banks in China based on this reality.
