原发性甲状腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤8例并文献复习

Primary thyroid non-Hodgkin's lymphoma: a report of 8 cases and literature review

目的探讨原发性甲状腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床特点,诊断及综合治疗方法,以提高其诊治水平。方法回顾性总结我院2001年～2005年收治的原发性甲状腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤8例,并结合文献对其临床表现、病理特征、诊断及治疗方法进行分析。结果8例均因无痛性颈部肿块入院。其中5例女性,平均年龄66.3岁(56岁—79岁)。均通过手术确诊,均为B细胞性。主要治疗手段为手术辅以化疗、放疗。结论原发性甲状腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤好发于老年女性,多为B细胞性,主要表现为无痛性甲状腺肿大,术后病理检查确诊,治疗采取手术、化疗和/或放疗综合治疗。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of primary thyroid non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. Methods Eight patiens diagnosed for primary thyroid non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma from 2001 to 2005 were retrospectively analyzed, and the literature was also reviewed with regard to its clinical manifestations, pathological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment. Results All complaints on admission of eight patients were painless thyroid enlargement, Five of them were female, mean age 66,3 years （range 56 to 79 years）, Pathologic diagnosis by surgery was B cell lymphoma in all the cases. The main treatment were surgery combined with chemotherapy or/and radiotherapy, Conclusions Primary thyroid non-Hodgkin＇s lymphomas occur most commonly in elderly women and are commonly of B-cell origin. The most common symptom was painless thyroid enlargement and was diagnosised by pathological diagnosis, treatment was surgery combined with chemotherapy or/and radiotherapy.
