氟芬那酸治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

Effect of Flufenamic Acid on Patients with Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨氟芬那酸治疗无排卵性功血的止血效果。方法将110例无排卵性功血患者随机分为实验组(55例)和对照组(55例)两组,实验组服氟芬那酸7天,对照组在5%GS250ml中加入止血敏1.0g,止血芳酸0.2g静滴4天,药物治疗结束后第3天进行疗效评定。结果实验组的显效率和有效率都高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的总有效率较对照组高(P<0.01);实验组的无效率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论服用氟芬那酸能提高无排卵性功血的止血疗效,服用氟芬那酸治疗无排卵性功血具有推广意义。

Objective To observe the hemostasis effect of flufenamic acid in patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 110 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into experimental group （55 patients） and control group （55 patients）. The patients of experimental group were taked ilufenamic acid orally for 4 days. The patients of control group were treated with intravenous drip of dicynone 1.0g and tranexamic acid 0,2g in 5% GS for 4 days. Then, we assessed the treatment outcome after 3 days of medication ended. Results The rates of obvious efficiency and efficiency were higher in experimental group than those in control group （P〈0.05）, The rate of total efficiency was higher in experimental group than that in control group （P〈0.01）. The rate of inefficiency was lower in experimental group than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Flufenamic acid can rise the hemostasis effect in patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated with flufenamic acid should be popularized.
