摘要
介绍了预先危险性分析、LEC与PHA的综合运用评价法,赋予各类评价人权重的安全检查表分析,及这三种方法在海上石油导管架平台建造过程中的应用,并分析了这三种安全评价方法的适用特点。
This paper introduces the three methods of preliminary hazard analysis,integrated application assessment and safety chech endowed with authority rate of all kinds of the appraisers applied in the offshore oil jacket platform construction process,and analyzes the applicable character of these safety assessment methods.
