摘要
①目的探讨异氰酸酯的无光气制备方法。②方法对Curtius重排反应制备异氰酸酯的方法进行改进。于70~100℃的叠氮钠与甲苯的混合物中滴加乙酰氯或丙酰氯,30min加完后再维持反应30min,精馏收集38~39℃馏份(异氰酸甲酯)或60~61℃馏份(异氰酸乙酯)。③结果产率77%~82%.④结论本方法无需光气,工艺简单,产率较高。
Objective To search for a phosgene free method for preparing organic isocyanates with a high yield. Method The modified classic method of preparing organic isocyanates by Curtius rearrangement was used. Acetyl chloride or propionyl chloride was dropped into the mixture of sodium azide in a period of 30 minutes at 70 ̄100℃. After another 30 minutes, the resulting methyl isocyanate or ethyl isocyanate was obtained by ways of rectification at 38 ̄39℃ and 60 ̄61℃, respectively. Result High yield of 77% ̄82% was obtained by the modified classic method. Conclusion The modified classic method with its high yield is a one stage , non-explosive, phosgene free method for the preparation of organic isocyanates.
