摘要
①目的探讨中央杏仁核内神经降压素(NT)对大鼠胃应激性溃疡的影响。②方法双侧中央杏仁核内注射微量NT和抗NT血清,观察中央杏仁核外源性、内源性NT对胃应激性溃疡的影响。肌肉注射消炎痛,探讨中央杏仁核内NT对胃应激性溃疡细胞保护作用的机制。③结果双侧中央杏仁核内注射微量NT,胃应激性溃疡显著减轻(t=3.193~9.135,P均<0.01),且呈明显的量效依赖关系;双侧中央杏仁核注射抗NT血清后,胃应激性溃疡程度明显加重(t=2.249~2.449,P均<0.05);肌肉注射消炎痛能拮抗NT对胃应激性溃疡的细胞保护作用(t=5.180~11.137,P均<0.01);在中央杏仁核附近,如苍白球和尾壳核内注射NT,胃应激性溃疡无明显变化。④结论中央杏仁核内NT对胃应激性溃疡有细胞保护作用。
Objective To study the cytoprotective effect of neurotensin(NT) in the central amygdala(CEA) on gastric stress ulcers and its possible mechanisms. Method NT and antineurotensin were injected into CEA of the rat respectively in order to study the effect of endogenous and exogenous NT on gastric stress ulcer. Indomethacin was injected into skeleton muscle of the rat to study the mechanisms of NT cytoprotection. Result Bilateral microinjection of NT into the CEA attenuated gastric stress ulcer formation in a dose related manner( t=3.193 ̄9.135, P <0 01). Bilateral microinjection of antineurotensin serum into the CEA caused potentiation of gastric stress ulcers( t=2.249 ̄2.449, P <0 05). Intramuscular injection of indomethacin totally blocked the cytoprotective effect of NT( t=5.180 ̄11.137, P <0 01). The cytoprotective effect of NT was not found in other nuclei near CEA such as globus pallidus(GP) and caudate putamen(CPU). Conclusion The results suggest that NT in the CEA has cytoprotective effect on gastric stress ulcers and PGs may mediate this effect.
