肾小球滤过率与肾放射图对肾功能评价的意义 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的比较肾小球滤过率(GFR)与肾放射图在肾功能检测中的特点和临床意义。②方法放射性核素显像法一次性获得GFR,99m锝-二乙三胺五乙酸肾放射图检查(99mTc-DTPA肾图)。③结果GFR对肾功能受损的检出率明显高于99mTc-DTPA肾图;对无法用肾图指标进行量化分析的肾图类型仍可给予准确的GFR数值。肾图指标中的肾脏指数、分浓缩率与GFR呈正相关,15min残留率与GFR呈负相关。④结论在肾功能检测中,GFR较肾图灵敏、准确。 Objective To compare the characteristics and clinical significance of glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and renogram in renal function evaluation. Method GFR and 99m Tc DTPA renogram were obtained simultaneously by radionuclide imaging method. Result The positive rate of renal disfunction by GFR was significantly higher than by renogram. In some conditions for which renogram couldnt provide any quantitative results by common indicators, while GFR could give an explicit value. The renal index(RI) and concentration rate per minute showed by renogram were positively correlated with GFR, while 15 minutes residue rate was in negative correlation with GFR. Conclusion Though renogram was an efficient tool for evaluating renal function, GFR is much more sensitive and accurate than renogram.
