本文用价值分析的方法对公差优化设计进行讨论，得出了使成本最低的公差设计公式，并给出了相应的计算程序。

A discussion has been carried out on the optimal tolerance design by the use of value analysis method, this paper obtained a formula of tolerance design with a minimum cost and gave out a corresponding calculation program.
