摘要
汽车覆盖件工艺方案设计需要考虑的影响因素很多,同时工艺方案呈现多解性。这里首先根据汽车覆盖件的工艺特点,构建了评估指标体系,然后应用灰色系统理论建立了工艺方案灰关联分析评估模型,确定了各评估指标的权重值,利用评估模型对各可行工艺方案进行评估,选出了最佳工艺方案。实践表明评估结果清晰明了、准确合理,而且操作简便,具有很强的实用性。
Lots of the effective factors need to be considered in the automotive covering pieces technological scheme, and the technological schemes present the diversity. The paper constitutes the evaluation factors system according to the technological features of the automotive covering parts, and then set up the technological schemes gray linkage analysis model by the application of the gray system theory, confirms each measuring value of the evaluation factor, evaluating each feasible technological scheme by the evaluation model, choose the best technological scheme. The facts show that the evaluation results are clear, exact, reasonable, easy operation and very practical.
