恙虫病32例临床分析

摘要 目的探讨恙虫病的早期诊断,提高医务人员对恙虫病的认识,减少误诊率。方法对本院2003年1月-2005年12月收治的32例恙虫病患者进行回顾性分析。结果32例均有发热,以弛张热多见,占71.9%(23/32),焦痂或溃疡31例(96.9%),外斐反应0x。阳性15例(46.9%)。经氯霉素或阿奇霉素治疗,体温48—96h恢复正常,治愈32例,无一例死亡。结论恙虫病在本地区是常见病,突发性高热伴全身多脏器累及者需考虑本病可能,早期诊治预后良好。
