摘要
我国肉类食品在原料、生产加工及流通过程中还存在许多的安全隐患。通过对肉类食品中存在的产生安全问题原因进行了分析,并提出加强肉及肉制品安全监督体系建设的对策。
For the time being, there exist many issues in our country regarding the safety of raw material, processing and distribution of meat products. The main reasons for the above- mentioned safety issues are analyzed and suggestion is made on the construction of a Supervisory System of Meat Products Safety.
