宿迁农村水利工程建设管理问题分析及对策

Study of problems with rural water structure construction in Suqian and measures

宿迁市农村水利工程大多兴建于20世纪五六十年代,建设之初就先天不足,经过多年运行,老化失修,难以发挥应有的效益。针对宿迁市农村水利工程建设存在的历史欠账过多、现期投入严重缺乏和基层水利建设队伍力量薄弱等问题,提出加大建设力度、规范管理机制、加强投入和加强基层网络建设等对策建议。

Water infrastructures in the Suqian City were mostly built in 50th and 60th of 20th Century. Due to the low standard and years of operation and aging, their benefits are hardly be generated. Regarding to the problems caused by lack of input and weak of technical strengthen of the local construction teams, it is proposed to speed up construction process, standardize management system and increase input and other measures in the Suqian City.
