摘要 本文论述了多元微量合金化、复合变质处理和重结晶处理等综合工艺方法对提高高锰钢性能的作用,并对变质高锰钢与普通高锰钢进行了比较。 This paper deals with the effect of multielement microalloying,complex modification and the recrystallizing heat treatment on the properties improvement for High-Mn steel.It is indicated that the values of strength and toughenss reached are higher by 15-20% and 40-50% respectively in comparison with traditional High-Mn steel.A series of caterpillar boards produced with new modified High-Mn steel are provided in commercial application.It is shown that their service life is higher than that of the advanced technical specification rated.So far it has been working.
