基于资源基础理论的跨国公司人力资源战略研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章探讨资源基础理论、跨国公司人力资源管理战略和全球整合——当地反应框架三者的融合可能性。资源基础理论说明资源有价值、稀缺、难以模仿、不可替代四方面属性时,该资源能对公司创造持久性竞争优势。具备四个属性的人力资源在全球整合——当地反应框架上被分析时,能准确说明现在跨国公司人力资源管理的位置。
