摘要
本文对不同热处理后的35CrMo。钢空心抽油杆的组织和性能进行了分析、结果表明:35CrMo 成品钢管在完全退火状态下交货,性能方可达到标准要求:调质工艺以850 C 回火为最佳。
In this paper,microstructures and properties of hollow pumping oil rods treated by different heat treatments of 35CrMo steel.It is shown that the properties of finished product tubes of 35CrMo steel after full annealing can meet the standard requirements, and the quenching with heating at 850C and tempering at 580C is the optimal treatment.
