宫、腹腔镜联合应用治疗输卵管性不孕的探讨

Study on the clinical value of the combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy treatment of infertile women with tubal obstruction

目的：探讨宫、腹腔镜联合应用治疗输卵管性不孕的应用价值。方法：2001年1月-2004年11月110例不孕症患者行宫、腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管阻塞，记录输卵管疏通情况。结果：术后输卵管通畅184条（83．6％），输卵管中段阻塞36条（16．4％）。结论：宫、腹腔镜联合应用治疗输卵管性不孕效果理想，值得临床推广。

Objective： To discuss the clinical application value of hystemscopy in conjunction with laparoscopy treatment of infertile women with tubal obstruction. Methods： 110 cases of infertility patients managed by the combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy between Jan 2001 and Nov 2004 were retrospectively analyzed in terms of oviduct obstruction and dredge situation during surgical procedure. Results： 184 pieces of oviducts were patency, occupied 83. 6% （184/220） ; 36 pieces of oviducts were obstructed in middle segment , occupied 16. 4% （36/220） . Conclusion; The combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy treatment of infertile women with tubal obstruction have extremely ideal effect as well as prominently clinical application value.
