摘要
近20年来国内外以教师信念为主题的研究取得了一些进展。主要表现在:1.研究的广度上,从教师信念的定义、结构、类型、影响因素,到形成机制都进行了广泛的研究;2.研究的视角发生了变化,跨学科研究越来越多;3.研究方法上,实证研究日益占据主导地位,也取得了一些让人信服的结论;4.教师信念研究成为教师成长研究中的新热点。
In the past twenty years, some achievements have been made at home and abroad in the research on teachers'belief: First, the rescarch is widened from the discussion on its definition, structural categories and effective factors to the study of its formative mechanism; Secondly, some changes have taken place in the perspective of the research, with more interdisciplinary research being conducted; Thirdly, some convincing conclusions have been drawn in the approaches of the research, with experimental research dominating the field; Fourthly, the research on teachers'belief has become the hot topic of the research of teachers' development.
