直通式挤出管机头的优化设计

针对直通式挤管机头在生产实际中存在的缺陷,对不足的地方优化设计,在直通式机头的基础上进行优化改进设计,使机头的适应性更强,并且该机头适合各种热敏性塑料管材的成型。其优化设计后的机头结构特点和实用性便一目了然。

In terms of defects existing during spider extrusion, optimization was done to improve the spider structure with better adaptability. The optimized spider was suitable for various plastic pipe molding. Structure features and practicability of optimized spider were quite obvious.
