摘要
分析了镐这种特殊金属材料的性能,设计了零件的加工工艺,针对在实际应用中出现的起皱、拉裂等问题,采取了高精度模架和选取合理高度等方法,有效保证了拉深成形工艺的可靠性,同时对其它类似产品有一定的参考作用。
Material performance of Zr was analyzed and forming process was designed. In terms of wrinkle and rupture problems during forming, high precision die set and reasonable die height were chosen to guarantee the reliability of the drawing process. The proposed analysis was a good reference for similar products.
