摘要
通过解析一个汽车零件的冲压工艺设计及CAE分析模拟方案的可行性,重点记录了此零件拉延时由于拉延难度大导致的破裂,降低拉延深度时出现的翻边缺料破裂的解决过程,从而避免了大批模具报废的严重后果。
Stamping process analysis and feasibility analysis by CAE simulation was done for an auto part. Crack caused by poor drawing capability and material lack during flanging process caused by drawing depth reduction were recorded. By simulation, tool rejection was avoided.
