The common machine tool CNC transformation is a synthetic electric mechanical integration technology. This text provided some methods and trains of thought to realize the transformation, from CNC system, main movement speed change,control mode,servo actuation system,machines system, and so on. This paper elaborates the principle of transformation plan of change the ordinary engine bed into CNC engine bed.
