Special way of demolding should be considered in designing mould for a component with internal circle undercut. The key points are splitting of cores and action sequence of cores after splitting. Three novel demolding ways were developed for the purpose. The operating principle and design points were described. These three methods are different in unique features but all simplified in structure and reliable in action and can be applied according to practical conditions.
