摘要
本文用间接光度色谱法(IPC)测定了血定安溶液(Gelofusine)中钠、钙及镁的含量。采用SpherisorbSCX色谱柱(5μm,250mm×3mm),以Ce3+为流动相平衡离子,检测波长254nm。样品中各离子的回收率为:Na+98.7%~100.4%,Ca2+98.1%~101.7%,Mg2+99.4%~104.2%。Ca2+、Mg2+最小检出量分别为:3.2ng和2.0ng。本法准确、灵敏。
This paper reported the determination of Na (Ⅰ) 、Mg (Ⅱ) and Ca (Ⅱ) in gelofusine by indirect photometric chromatography (IPC). The column was packed with spherisorb SCX (5μm, 250mm×3mml . The mobile phase counterion was Ce (Ⅲ) . Detection was carried out at a wavelength of 254nm. The recoveries of ions for assay of gelofusine were Na (Ⅰ) 98. 7% ~ 100. 4%, Mg (Ⅱ) 99. 4%~104. 2%, Ca (Ⅱ) 98. 1%~101. 7%. The detection limits of Mg (Ⅱ) and Ca (Ⅱ) were 2. 0ng and 3. 2ng respectively. The IPC method is specific, sensitive, simple and rapid.
