摘要
本文阐述了盐胁迫对丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)生理生态学效应的影响以及对植物的促生作用,并从营养吸收、渗透调节、抗氧化物酶、激素及基因表达等几方面综述了国内外关于AMF提高植物耐盐性生理及分子机制的研究进展,指出目前该领域研究中尚需解决的问题.
Both the effects of salinity on ecology research of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and growth effect of AMF on plants were depicted. The progresses in physiology and molecular mechanism of salt tolerance induced by AMF were reviewed in this paper,which were including nutrition absorption, osmosis adjustment, anti-oxidative enzymes, hormones and gene expression. Some unsolved problems in AMF research areas were also mentioned.
