超声内镜引导下的细针吸取细胞学检查对胰腺肿瘤诊断的价值 被引量：4

摘要 流行病学调查表明，胰腺肿瘤的发病率逐渐上升，建立有效的早期胰腺癌的诊断方法迫不及待。由于超声内镜（EUS）和超声内镜引导下的细针吸取（EUS—FNA）细胞学检查独特的诊断能力，1994年以来，EUS—FNA应用于胰腺疾病诊断的安全性、操作性及准确性的报道相继出现，现已成为胰腺肿块的重要诊断工具，本文将就其对胰腺肿瘤诊断的应用作一综述。
