摘要
介绍了中药生产各工段的复杂工艺流程,并针对其多变量、非线性的特点,设计了一套适合中药生产全过程的智能控制系统,对生产过程实现分散控制,集中管理。现场调试运行结果表明:所研制的智能控制系统反应灵敏,工作稳定可靠,提高了产品质量。
This paper introduces the main procedure of Chinese Traditional Medicine （CTM）,and accorded to the characteristics in the procedure of multi-variable.nonlinear and so on,then brought forward an intelligent control system that suited for this condition.Which can offer distributed control and central monitor to whole production.Then it was applied in a CTM plant successfully,the running results show that the system can attain perfect control precision,improve and stabilize the product quality.
