以石佛水厂井群监控系统设计应用情况为背景,通过分析该系统的功能需求,介绍了基于PLC的SCADA系统在井群监控系统应用的设计思想,阐述了RSView32人机监控组态软件在系统中的应用过程。通过SCADA系统故障原理分析提出系统化的设计方案,两年来的应用实践表明系统稳定可靠。

This paper takes the design and application situation of Shifo water works well group supervisory system as a background,Through analyzing the system function demand,we has introduced the design concept of SCADA system in well group supervisory system based on the PLC, explained the application process in system of RSView32 man-machine monitoring configuration software.Through the analysis of SCADA system failure principle we has proposed the systematized design proposal,for two years＇ application practices indicating that the system is stably and reliable.
