气相色谱法测定罗非鱼体内溴氰菊酯残留

Residue of Deltamethrin in Fish Samples Determined by Gas Chromatography

选用罗非鱼为样本,采用气相色谱法检测鱼体中溴氰菊酯残留。样品用丙酮-石油醚提取,无水硫酸钠-中性氧化铝柱净化后,用带ECD的气相色谱仪进行检测。结果表明:各试验浓度下,鱼体肌肉中溴氰菊酯残留量先增高后降低,其中最高浓度组1Oμg/L在第20天蓄积量达最高,比其他低浓度组延迟。除第1O天外,其他时间测定的溴氰菊酯残留量与试验浓度呈显著或极显著的正相关。方法最低检出限为1μg·kg-1,回收率为90．23％-96．98％,适用于鱼体中溴氰菊酯残留的检测。

The article reports analytical method of Deltamethrin in fish samples by gas chromatography. The Deltamethrin residues were extracted with acetone-petroleum ether,purified by chromatography on anhydrous sodium sulfate aluminum oxide neutral, and determined by GC-ECD.The experiment results indicated that deltamethrin residues would decline after reaching the peak value. And the group of 10μg·L^-1 had come to the top point in the 20th day,little later than other low concentration groups. The detection limit was 1μg·kg^-1 and recovery rate was 90.23 %-96.98 %.
