梭鱼仔苗的盐度适应性研究 被引量:7

摘要 分别进行了梭鱼仔苗直接移养到不同盐度水体和经降盐过渡后移养到不同盐度水体适应性的试验。结果表明:梭鱼仔苗对海水的适应性最强,直接移养后的平均成活率达到97.O%~98.0%;对排淡河淡水的适应性次之,直接移养平均成活率为81.3%;对山塘淡水水库的适应性最差,直接移养平均成活率仅为17.0%。梭鱼仔苗经降盐过渡后,移养至排淡河淡水的平均成活率99.3%,比直接移养提高约18%;移养至山塘淡水水库的仔苗成活率为66.8%,比直接移养提高约50%。 The adaptability to salinity of barracuda's fingerling was observed respectively when fish were transferred directly and indirectly to salt water with various salinities. The results showed that the adaptability to sea water of barracuda's fingerling was the strongest, the average survival rate of fingerlings transferred directly to sea water came to 97.0 %-98.0 %; The adaptability to fresh water of seashore river ranked the second place, the average survival rate 81.3 %, and the group directly transferred to the fresh water of inland reservoir had the lowest survival rate of 17.0 % only. The fingerlings, which were placed in the waters with lower salinity for short duration before they transferred to fresh water, showed higher adaptability to fresh water. The survival rate of the treated group transferred to the water of seashore river was increased to 99.3 % with an increase of 18 % compared to the group that was not treated with lower salinity water; and the treated group replaced into the reservoir water got a survival rate of 66.8 %, showing an improvement of 50 %.
