摘要
本文讨论了在不符合比耳定律的情况下微量原子碘的分光光度测定法,根据此方法,测定了碘—壳聚糖膜在释放液中碘浓度。试验结果指出,在不到0.5h,释放液中碘（Ⅰ）浓度可达50μg/ml以上。
When the Beer's law is not obeyed, the spcctrophotometric determination of microamount of io dine is discussed in this paper. According to this method,the iodine concentration in released solution by io dine-chitosan film was determined. The results showed that iodine concentration in released solution can achive more than 50mg/ml for less than 0.5h.
