摘要
对于宽带功率放大器,有些低频端的谐波正好在工作频带内,因此谐波失真是衡量宽带功率放大器的一个重要指标。作者提出了一种降低宽带射频大功率放大器谐波失真的有效方法,即通过调整负载电感值和直流工作点使功率管负载达到最佳。利用该方法,将文中提及的功率放大器的谐波失真从-11 dBc降低到了-24 dBc以下。
The harmonic distortion is one of the important performances of the broadband power amplifier, because some harmonic waves of the low part of the broadband is in the working--band. An effective method for reducing the harmonic distortion of broadband RF high power amplifier (PA) module is presented. The method is by tuning the load inductance and DC bias to the optimal value to reduce the harmonic distortion. The harmonic distortion of the broadband RF high power amplifier mentioned is reduced from -11 dBc to -24 clBc and below using this method.
